The Nose 344x193 Highlands Park opens its noshery

The Nose at Highlands Park opens for business

Cromwell’s mega Highlands Park motorsport complex has started trading with the opening of its restaurant and wine tasting experience.

The opening of The Nose co-incided with the official public open week that runs from January 14-21.

The restaurant dishes up cafe-style meals from 9am-5pm while evening menus are in the process of being developed with plans for the restaurant to open for evening dining next month.

Funded by petfood baron Tony Quinn the impressive complex is on schedule for the planned grand opening festival at Easter.

Presently the 4.5km race circuit is partly sealed and is on target to be completed by the end of February and cured in time for the huge opening meeting.

Well travelled motor racing folk have given the facility the unequivocal thumbs up as presenting a genuinely world class complex.
